Since we are a limited liability partnership and the number of partners is limited, we are able to quickly respond to requests from businesses.

The Business Planner Consulting LLP is a company incorporated in Kazakhstan*. The limited liability partnership in Kazakhstan is a legal entity founded by one or more persons, whose partners follow a common economic purpose. The liability of a partner is limited to his share in the company's authorised capital. The minimum authorised capital makes up 100 monthly calculation indices**.

The partners meeting is the supreme governing body of the partnership. The partners meeting is solely responsible for the following issues:

♦ Changing the partnership's charter

♦ Establishing and dissolution of the partnership's bodies

♦ Approval of financial statements and distribution of profits

♦ Reorganization or dissolution of the partnership

♦ Approval of internal regulations and some other documents, which regulate activities within the partnership***

The partnership appoints a director who looks after current operations of the partnership following instructions of the partners meeting in accordance with the legislation and the company charter.
